How successful is the loyalty campaign? Are there possibilities for improvement? By regularly reviewing the campaign reports, you can continuously optimize your communication. You can find the loyalty campaign reports in the Campaigns module.
Viewing reports on the loyalty campaign
If you move your cursor across the campaigns in the Overview of the Campaigns module, a drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, click on Report.
A new window will appear, in which you have various reports at your disposal:
- Reports of the campaigns
- General detailed reports of triggers and steps
It is possible to view and download the reports for each section, or to make it into a static list. The last option can be useful if you want to send a follow-up email to a certain target group. In every report, both the executed and non-executed triggers and steps are registered.
Have you deleted triggers and steps? Deleted triggers and steps are displayed at the bottom of the report.
