How successful is the campaign? Are there opportunities for improvement? By regularly paying attention to reporting, you can continuously optimize your communication. The report of the reactivation campaign can be found in 2 places in Spotler: in the Campaigns module and in the Surveys module.
View campaign reporting
Behind each campaign in the Overview of the Campaigns module there is a dropdown menu. In the drop-down menu you will find the option Report.
A new screen will appear, in which you will have various reports:
- Campaign reporting
- General detailed reporting of triggers and steps
You can view, download or create a static list for each part. The latter is useful if you want to send a follow-up email to a specific target group.
In every report both the executed and not executed triggers and steps are registered. Have you removed triggers and steps? These are shown at the bottom of the report.
View Survey report
The total of the responses can be viewed in the report of a survey. Click on Report in the dropdown menu behind the survey.
A new screen is displayed, in which the report of the survey is visible. In this report you can see the impact of your survey.
You can also analyze the response outside of Spotler. By clicking on Export under the heading Total number of responses in the drop-down menu at Total, the download of an Excel file with all the data of the respondents starts.
