In the Overview menu of the Campaigns module, you can create, edit, view and test campaigns, and change the status of your campaigns.
Getting started
In the overview screen, move your cursor across the screen. Notice the round symbols with an arrow icon lighting up that will allow you to open the editing menus. Or you can simply right-click to open them.
From this screen, you can:
Manage and edit folders
Create new folders by clicking the plus icon next to Folders or rearrange folders by clicking on the double arrow icon. Would you like to edit existing folders? Manage and edit campaigns
Manage and edit existing campaigns through the editing menu, which opens by
clicking the round icon that lights up on the right side of your display. Would

Select and move multiple campaigns
Select multiple campaigns by ticking the box in front of the name of the campaign. You will see a round symbol with an arrow icon light up in the upper-right corner, that will allow you to open the editing menu for moving campaigns. Next to this button, you will see the number of selected campaigns. When you click the button, you will see the following editing menu drop-down:
By using the Move function, you can move the selected campaigns to one of the existing folders.

Rearranging the columns Name and Date Move your cursor across the titles of the columns. You will see two arrows light up next to the Name and Date columns. These will allow you to alphabetically sort your campaigns and to sort them to see newest or oldest campaigns first. |
The editing menus for folders and campaigns
In the Overview you can open the following three drop-down menus:
- The drop-down menu for folders, by clicking the round symbol with the highlighted arrow that appears when you hover your cursor over the folders.
- The drop-down menu for campaigns by clicking the round symbol with the arrow that lights up when you hover your mouse cursor over your campaigns.
- The drop-down menu for campaigns can also be found in the upper right-hand corner of your screen when you select the checkboxes of multiple campaigns.

Explanation of the functions in the Folder editing menu:
Rename | Change the name of your campaign folder. |
Archive | Move your campaign folder to Archive. |
Delete | Delete your campaign folder. |
Explanation of the functions in the Campaign editing menu:
Edit | Open the step-by-step plan New campaign. This will allow you to make changes to your campaign. Need help? Please continue to New campaign. |
Open editor | Open the editor of the Campaigns module. This will immediately open the campaign editor. Do you need help? Please continue to Editors for the Campaigns module. |
Report | View the reports of your campaign. The report consists of three different sections. Would you like to know more about reports of campaigns? Please continue to Campaign reports. |
Change status | Open the Change status pop-up. This menu allows you to set the status for your campaigns from Inactive to Active.

View | View the structure of your campaign. You will see an overview of the trigger(s) and campaign step(s) |
Rename | Change the name of your campaign. |
Duplicate | Duplicate your campaign. Steps and triggers are duplicated. The existing forms, surveys, messages and web pages are linked to the campaign duplicate. No extra copies are made of this content, so your overview remains clear. |
Move | Move your campaign to a campaign folder. |
Archive | Move your campaigns to the Archive. |
Delete | Delete your campaign. |
