Why are the displayed numbers at “not executed” lower than the actual numbers?

In March 2016 there was a transition to a renewed version of the module Campaigns (Campaign Manager in the former MailPlus). The campaign report was fairly extended. More data is recorded and showed.

The numbers showed at “not executed” for triggers and steps may be lower than the actual number, because this information was not registered in the past in the following situations:

  • When the campaign had not been active
  • When a filter was added to a trigger or step and a contact did not meet the criteria in the filter selection.
  • When a step cannot be executed within 24 hours

In the current report, deleted triggers and steps are retained.
