There are undoubtedly questions you will use on each form. For instance email address, first name, company name. A default question can be reused on each form. You do not have to “rebuild’ it and link it with a database field. A default question can be saved by using your right mouse button.
You can add default questions by dragging My questions from the tool palette into the form. Double click and choose the question you want to use.
Or add a default question to a question set. Click in the header on the icon Manage my questions set.
Use your right mouse button to add one or more questions.
A pop-up with the available default questions appears. Add the desired questions and click on OK.
Next time you create a form, simply drag the question set into the form. This way you do not have to add the same questions to the form over and over again. This saves you time.
